Flexible, it was nice meeting you and your husband today and I hope that we will have a chance to meet bezerk too when she arrives in Puerto Vallarta.

The weather has been cool but beautiful for walking on the beach. We are seeing whales right from our condo and they are very close. I haven't used the pool yet this year as the water is too cold for me. Everything else is great but a week is too short. We are meeting some other timeshare forum people tomorrow and on the 31st. We will see you there and Karen too.

I sure hope we can arrange a meeting...I would love it...

i AM CURRENTLY HERE UNIT 1180 A TWO BEDROOM FIRST FLOOR FACING THE OCEAN . 60 PERVENT FULL EASY FOR AN OWNER TO GET THEIR CHOICE. tHEY ARE SELLING TIMESHARES FOR 15 TO 20 THOUSAND AND WAS TOLD THAT MANY OWNERS ARE NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS.

THEY ARE BUILDING A BRAND NEW STATE OF THE ART SOCCER FIELD NEXT DOOR TO THE SHERATON AND THE WHOLE MALECON IS BEING FIXED UP. tHE RIGHT SIDE IS BOARDED UP TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION.

That will look a lot better than the empty lot next door of nothing but dirt and pebbles. It was an eyesore for a very long time and a lot of condos, on the side of your building, were looking out over that since the hurricane Kenna hit in 2002. It wiped out everything next door on the beach. We saw the damage too at the Buganvilias right after the storm and the resort was closed for well over a year.

Not good if many people are not paying their bills. Does the resort take the units back and sell them again? I'll bet that they can do it quickly.

The old contracts have reasonable maintenance fees but I don't know about the newest contracts. We have several friends who bought long before us and their fees are much lower than ours but the newer contracts must be higher again.

You are staying in the "D" building on the first floor on the corner closest to the ocean. Our friend owns week #1 in your unit so I know where it is. You have a nice view of the ocean right in front of you and around the corner too if they keep the bushes low plus you see the lights at night of the city.

Are you an owner here or an exchanger? Did you get the condo number that was on your confirmation sheet? I hope so or even a better view, if it was available. We find the staff normally very accommodating when we are there.

Enjoy your stay, Scott. Is it hot and humid or not too bad?

WE enjoyed our mini tour visit last year of your very nice resort. I tend to over eat at their Sunday bruch listening to the great music.

We will be at our Lindo Mar as usual for 2 weeks from Jan 31-Feb 4, 2012 in our 2 bedroom units.

But we also picked up a exchange for Nov 26 to Dec 3, 2011 in unit 902 at the Lindo Mar for the only 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 2700 square foot penthouse unit at the resort.

We also ready have our non stop flights booked both ways for our Nov 26-Dec 3 week that have nice flight times.

It would be nice to have another get together.

Oh I will most likely miss you all then as we will be in PV the first week of Jan 2012....

I just put a review of our stay at Grand Velas in NV on Facebook and Trip Advisor, now going to try to put here, it is vey long....despite a few bumps in the road so to speak we had a lovely time.
