Question for Pueblo BOnito Owners

If you own at one Pueblo Bonito resort, can you choose to go to a different one each year like you can at the Mayan Palace or Grand Mayan? We stayed at the PB Emerald Bay last year and really liked it and have thought about checking out one of the PV or Cabo PB resorts, but they are like Grupo Mayan in that they have a 1-in-4 rule. I often see various PB units for resale and just wondered if I bought one in any location if I would be able to rotate amongst the resorts.

Hubby wants to know if there are "bonus weeks" like the Vacation Fair weeks that Grupo Mayan has - you pay an extra m/f to book an additional week.

I am sitting here with a longtime owner at EB, Mazatlan and Rose Cabo and the answer is No. You have to trade through RCI. No bonus weeks.

& his weeks are for sale, all floating RTUs. Junior suites.

Very reasonable.

Thanks for the answer. We are mostly interested in EB because it is next door to a resort where we own and would like to have a place for "over-flow" when extra family comes to join us for a week. But, we would like to go to one of the other PB resorts sometime too.

We prefer 1-bedroom units.
