Has anyone heard of a company called "resort Professional's? they are based in Orlando, Fl. Are they a legitimate company or a scam? The guy that called gauranteed that he could sale the time share and that they have people anxious to buy them. says we would make a huge profit only thing is he says we have to pay a fee up front. He seems to make a lot of sense but something doesn't quite seem right.

3 things indicate a scam:
(1) They have buyers for your week (very highly unlikely)
(2) You can make a huge profit (you would be lucky to get 10% of what you paid the developer for 95% of timeshares)
(3) Money upfront (any payment before services are rendered is a red flag, particularly when requested from the seller)Comment
