Not really any resort might work, my friend works at a real estate company and they need the inventory mainly to nationals that drive from Guadalajara or central Mexico for the holidays.

I really hope your friend isn't looking for any up front fees to list the units for rent.

With resorts all requiring IDs that match reservations, the intermediary model doesn't work since the owner would have to make the contract with the occupant directly. The real estate guy has no standing in the transaction and can't complete it.

Real estate companies should be dealing with the resorts directly or with home owners for best results. Timeshares just don't work in third party scenarios.

Obviously there would be need to comply with the requirements of each resort and if it's not possible to transfer them... well I guess there would be no deal!

FYI It would be easier if you wan to get rid of pre-booked weeks during Christmas and New years or if you own them fixed time.

                Thanks Again everyone!
