Marina Fiesta Cabo

I was thinking about buying , renting or trading into this resort for fishing. I like the Gaviota Fleet and their boats are on the same side of the marina as the resort. I have heard things like it might be too loud and that every 5th year is a special assesment equal to a mf.

Anyone been here with an opinion ?

Toured it hated the sales rep she was the meanest B**** I have ever met
that was about 10 years ago Nice on the marina but not on the beach.


If you are interested in a Solmar week 41 I will be putting it on the market soon.
It was a fishing resort but we have traded it the last few years, they added the Grand Solmar so things have changed .
Kid is going to college need to save the maintenance fees.

Thanks but I need a October for week for Bisbee and Sammys birthday bash. It looks like I will exchange into Fiesta Marina or Tesoro.
