Mayan Palace resorts now 1 in 3?

In RCI, Mayan Palace, including Grand Mayan, etc was always 1 in 5 with a lock for the entire group/all locations. Of course they have been waiving that in recent years. Now I notice that it is 1 in 3 and seems to be resort specific. So as long as you don't go to the same resort within 3 years you are OK. It even looks like you can book MP in one year and GM the next in the same location. Am I reading this right?

As you said, they are constantly changing the rules to keep those resorts full. So if RCI allows you to book it online, then it will be fine.
It is all about the bodies needed to attend the sales presentations at Grupo Maya (or whatever their name is now)
