There were several Grand Mayan/Riviera Maya/Acapulco and several Mayan Resorts weeks available for end of March 2008 (even 2 bdrms) this morning. I grabbed one as soon as I saw it so now I don't have a week to check against any more, but go and see for yourself.
We went to GM RM in May 2005 and had the best vacations yet. My kids beg me to come back. And yes, the flights from Indianapolis are much cheaper going to Cancun as oppose to West coast. Spring break will be more expensive but we usually fly from CVG on USA3000 and they have pretty good rates. Hope we won't get cancelled like many people in February...

Frank, we have an exchange to Morritts Grand for June 2007! Can't wait!

1 in 5 (or 1 in 4 or sometimes 1 in 3) means you can't exchange into the resort (or group of resorts like in Mayan Palace case) more often then once in X number of years (5, 4 or 3). Hope this helps!

SFX exchanges have no restrictions, you can reserve thru SFX every year if you like.

The 1 in 4 rules is about RCI exchanges. Therefore stays with SFX, direct exchanges, renting ect will not effect rules about RCI exchanges.

That statement was referring to exchanges confirmed by September 30, 2006.

Correct, this offer has expired, it was available for about 2 months - August 2006 to Sept 20, 2006.
ronandjoan had a question and resurrected this old thread - see the date of the OP.
