Gran Melia Cancun

I'm going to the Gran Melia Cancun on Oct 28th. Can anybody tell me more about the resort? In particular, I'm concerned about the room. RCI states that we have two ajoining rooms. They also state that I have a 6/4, but on the Gran Melia website, they only list rooms sleeping 4 or 8.

From second hand information and walking by the resort, I would have to say that it is one of the finest in Cancun. I don't know what the unit configurations are, but it might be that they added a hotel room to a timeshare unit to get to the sleep six level.
