I just booked 2bd (6/8) in 7/09. Has anyone stayed 2 bd there? What is the difference between 2bd (6/6) vs. 2bd (6/8)? I used to like top floor for view but then after 3 kids, I like ground floor better for easy excess and not have to worry about someone below us complaining kids running around. How is ground floor 2bd? Do I get to see any ocean at all from ground floor?

How is weather in July? Looking foward to our trip...

No mames faust. This Playa at Cabo has barely broke ground. Look, all the fotos of the complex are computer generated and the fotos with the girl are all cropped to the north(right), to block punta de mita, as this is playa del sol grand in nuevo vallarta, as are the interiors. I don't understand your message but Playa Grande in CABO has been around for quite a while. The developer is Bulnes who owns the Solmar Group. He has been in Cabo for years. I would advise buying resale if you are going to buy but the people at Solmar are good, the Resorts are clean and well maintained.

I believe all of the two bedrooms are on the top floor and the ground floor in the mane building and they are large, did I say large, I mean large.

The mane building is closer to the ocean

The new part the Ridge, which I believe they are trying to put most of the people first, has a few more two bedrooms, some of them face the ocean but most of them face the harbor and the town of Cabo and the surrounding area. I believe most of the two bedrooms are on the top floors also.
Also The Ridge has a very nice pool up there though one can go down to the mane building and use the outer 3 pools as will.

Which ever you end up with I don’t think you will be disappointed with the view or the resort.

July you either get lucky with the weather or you don’t, I have been there in July and its ether sunny and hot or it’s a little wet. But most of the time is been sunny.

Thank you very much Frast!!! I am glad to hear that it is a LARGE unit... as we will have 3 generations traveling... I just hope that we get a ground floor one for both my kids and my parents...
