Are their any current owners that can answer a couple questions? We just won an auction but the details are coming a bit different that what was advertised so I have the option of passing on it. I´m being offered an executive suite. Are there any special assessments that are coming in the near future? How is reservations done? 12 months out? Is there any particular unit or time better to reserve? I hear owners get ocean view units, is that true?

Any other things I need to know?

DJ, The reservations are allowed 12 monthis in advance, so right now you can reserve weeks beginning March 10, 2008 and prior. You should request an ocean-front or ocean-view room. You can go onto the resort's website to see layouts of the different rooms, the executive is very nice, however I prefer the master suite for a 1 bedroom unit. It's a matter of opinion, though. I do not understand your question about assessments in the near future. This resort is beautiful, and the amenities are outstanding. Have fun!
