Mayan Palace in Buenos Aires?

On an old thread I read mention of a new Mayan Palace to be built in Buenos Aires. Is this true? I can find no info regarding this via google.

I've also read about potential future locations in Orlando, Vegas, Hawaii, and Texas to name a few. I am a bit doubtful. Has anyone heard any recent info regarding upcoming locations?

Mayan in Buenos Aires

We will be in Buenos Aires next week at the Marriott. Does anyone have an update about the Mayan property, location etc. If it is conveniently located we'd like to at least drive by as we might stay there on a future trip.

Free transportation from the airport to the resort is not new. The Grand Mayan/Mayan Palace - Riviera Maya has been offering that for a few years now.
