FYI I found a language school that looks pretty good and is reasonable. I have found that even having the rudiments of a language will make one's experience much more rewarding. I will report on the school when I get back. The link follows. Ron

You are more than correct, any little bit of Spanish you know will make your visit that much more pleasurable and fun. The Mexican people are very helpful and love when you attempt to speak their language. Only problem it is not as easy as they say to learn...think English is hard, unless you are under 12, it is hard to learn so many phrases and one word can change the whole meaning. It is quite easy to read though as once you learn the sounds of the letters etc. it is easier than english in that aspect! Have fun and learn a lot, let us know how you make out. Hasta pronto!
