Good fare to Cancun from Hartford, CT

I've never flown out of Hartford before, but when shopping fares to Cancun for Christmas break, I noticed that Delta out of Hartford has non-stop flights in the $550 per person range. This was much better than anything I could find out of New York unless I wanted to leave at 6:30 in the morning.

Hope there's not something I'm missing here (like Delta not being reliable...)

Not bad at all. I usually take Continental out of Hartford, but always had to switch planes in Newark.

The base fare is actually $438 but with the taxes (which are pretty big!) and other fees, it comes to about $530 per ticket. Good to know it's considered a good fare...I am pretty amazed that it's so much cheaper than the non-stops out of New York which seem to be close to $1,000/ticket!
