Looking for RCI Cancun non-AI

I have a friend who just put a request in with II for the 5 Royals for next Presidents week.
I already have a week at The Royal Sands, another friend owns there and another has Club International......
As a back-up, my friends wants to request a Cancun property thru RCI - any suggestions? I really don't have any RCI knowledge in Cancun....proximity to the Royal Sands would also be great.
She needs a 2BR.

Well there is the Royal Mayan and VCI, then the Melia (3442) Club Regina Weston, the Omni and finally the unrated Casa Maya

I'm leery of many of the other resorts, but people still seem to go there and not come back complaining. Another 2 she might put on the list is the Avalon Grand and Club Baccara- but note that these two will not be as close to any of the Royals as the others I mentioned (also check for AI).
