If you have a Club Regina 2 bedroom timeshare, can it be split into smaller units like two 1 Bedrooms? Does season matter?

I understand that the Raintree Vacation Club can be split up this way depending on season, but am considering a Club Regina (RTU expiration 2026). DW is wanting to know if it can be split or if its more like a Fixed Week, in the sense that you only can get what it says, i.e. a 2 Bedroom, is always a 2 Bedroom.

Are you asking about the Club Regina in Cabo? I am there now and drove by that resort the other day. Great views from there and Tiger Woods has a house next door. Sorry I can't answer your question but I am also from Sac and just wanted to say hi.

Whether or not the week can be split depends on the type of membership. It is not clear from your description - but it sounds like a fixed week. All fixed weeks have been given the option to convert to a value membership for a fee ($6,000 in Whistler). If if is a RVC (Raintree Vacation Club) value membership (i.e. Gold, Platinum, Saphire) then, yet it can be split into multiple weeks or combined for a higher point value.
If you give me more detail I can tell you how it will convert. It is a bit confusing...

When I wrote that I was watching auctions on eBay. I did not buy the two bedroom, instead I bought the Club Regina Los Cabos 1 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom. Still waiting for it to close. Thanks, David
