Am Here Now July 26th To Aug 2nd. Bought A One Bedroom Very Cheaply. Maintanance Fees Are 488 Costly. Place Is Very Overated. Everything Is Very Expensive. Jack Up Rates Then Give You A 20 Percent Discount. Paid 450 With A Discount 20 For A Beer. My Unit Sucks. First One Bedroom Ive Had With One Tv. The Pool Is Very Nice Beach Is Horrible. Im Still Having Fun

I Ate At Josephinos My Favorite Pizza Buffet In Pv.
Ate At A Chinese Dump Called Shangai Next Door. They Charge Me 2 Dollars A Refill For Ice Tea.

Im A New Owner Who Does Not Reccomend This Place, Better Off At Another On The Strip.

I used to own here and went for a week about 7 years ago before it got wiped out by the hurricane. The pool was nice and the beach sucked then too....plus if there is any rain the storm drain which is not too far from the resort really pollutes the water. I would not let my kids play in the water in that bay.

Do they still have the concrete bed frames and dining chairs/bench? Some wings are better than others.....we were able to get moved to a better wing. Watch out for the sales pitch and hold on to your wallet if you go to it.

My understanding was the Sheraton tie in was only with the hotel and not the timeshares.

They Offered Me A Garden First Floor Unit. I Passed. I Have This Place Every Other Year So I Will Make Sure I Swap My Week And Unit. Cost 79 Do This.

Yes It Is Starwoods Property. Jeane Do You Remember My Towel Story I Posted On Tug Around 2003 Where I Snuck Into Port Lucaya In Freeport By Getting The Same Color Towels To Get By Security. My Kids Were Young. This Was A Good Starwoods Property.

I did it, too, the towel thing (you have a bad influence on me - thanks !) at the Hyatt Hacienda del Mar before buying there. Acutally, I wanted to experience it before buying there, but was staying at the Dorado Aquarius.
I, too, have absolutey no shame, apparently. My Mother makes the weekly intercessions for me -
(No timesharers were hurt during the episode). I ended up buying at the Hyatt P.R.

Im Still Crashing Timeshares Down Here. At An Unidentified Timeshare There Was A Welcome Party Serving Drinks. I Snuck In Paid Off The Waitor With A Good Tip And Had Booze In My Drinks For An Hour.

I was there last January in a 1 BR facing the vacant lot and asked to have the 1 tv moved into the bedroom. This was after the refrig did not work...found out it was not plugged in. Then the stove did not work...they brought me two burners before 1 worked.
But all in all I really liked the place a LOT.
It is so close to downtown; that is a plus
