I just saw something weird on a recent resale for this resort. The new membership certificate sent to the buyer no longer shows the expiration date. When I called the resort to question it, I was told that the new certificates give the buyer ownership in perpetuity. Member services had no idea how this was actually being accomplished, as there was no bank trust requirement, or Fideicomiso needed....
