Does anyone know when the first phase will be ready and when we might be able to request with II? Thanks.

Good question. II doesn't seem to have it available. I have to call the royals tomorrow and I"ll ask and post if I get an answer. I would expect developer weeks to be available when they do open, perhaps even more than usual.

Either no one knows or it's just hard to find those who do. My guess is by July.

This doesn't answer your original question about exchanging for the Royal Haciendas through II, but there are 11 Royal Haciendas units for rent on Redweek. So, the first phase must be on track to handle guests in the coming months.

It looks like several of them are Royal Bonus Weeks that owners are trying to rent out.

The first phase is scheduled for July 2006 and the second phase July 2007. They are actively selling the 2nd phase now with the 3rd phase beachfront also available for sold out weeks. I did hear that the second phase may open early (April 2007) but that is yet to be determined.
