I learned today, after talking with reservations at Club Casa Dorada/Medano Beach, that we can allow someone else to use our 2010 week anytime of the year! I had mistakenly thought it had to be the week we'd reserved, Jan 29 to Feb 5. So I will re-post all the ads, trying to find someone who wants our week at a very discounted rate! (I'm the one who got pregnant right after reserving our 2010 vacation week 
) It does cost a $50 cancellation fee to change the dates, but no big deal. I'm hoping this will help us a find a taker. So far, no real bites. No luck with craigslist, or the classified listings here and on TUG.
