how can i exchange to grand luxxe i will like to go this july any one can help me with this? need 2 br ,or 1 br ,i have rci but i can´t find this resort and also can book because im mayan owner and they tells me that need to be a grand mayan forbook to grand mayan so if they have grand luxxe will be the same any chance that i can book an exchage for someone and help me

They have rules prohibiting owners from exchanging back to the resort into a higher level than what was purchased... which is a fair and reasonable rule.

That's thinking outside the box!!! however I doubt that if someone was to get a G luxxe exchange that they woudl give it up those untis really are very, very nice...

No I don't, I used to and was able to use getaways (last minute weeks) quite good but back then there was no Grand Luxxe... Right now I don't know how hard it would be to get weeks in the summer.

Yes and that is yearly maintenance I think the new contracts there is no maintenance only if you use you pay but if don't use you only pay for the renovation fee when it apply

I just did a search for Grand Bliss for the full getaway window - no luck.
Then for the full exchange window - no luck.

I suspect that the only way to pick one of these up is through an on-going or being very, very lucky!

Yes that's a hefty transfer fee!!! just a note the grand bliss will NOT get you the grand luxxe unless of course you upgrade $$$$$

were? on ebay? for this year i book grand mayan so will have to wait next year maybe i found on II, a exchange, will buy a timeshare resale this year that exchange with rci and II so maybe i found one cheap on ebay.
