I am looking for old contract mayan palace resales bu i can't find all are too expensive and i think the ones that still available are new contracts with high transfer fee and high maintenance. I have a 1 2br and 1 studio but want another 2br, because i usually rent it and also my fair week, so if i want to travel need to deposit my studio and book and exchange on rci, but this year i have 2 people that want to rent my week and have to say i haven't, so i see many other resorts on eBay but mayan palace not
