1 bedroom units

I am helping a friend find a unit for our March Break. I am looking at a one bedroom Grand Mayan Acapulco through RCI, as there is a limited selection for the specific week they want to go.

My question's are when it says 1 bedroom, partial kitchen, sleeps 5 are these the Grand Master Rooms @ 603 sq feet, or the Grande Suites @ 1,295 sq feet with kitchen? Secondly what is included in the partial kitchen? Is it everything except stove? This would be their first TS trip and it's going to be 3, potentially 4 guys. Would this work?

If it is listed as a 1BR sleep 4 it is the larger unit.
There are two sleeper sofas with trundle beds in the living room and a king bed and another sleeper sofa in the bedroom.
This would definitely be comfie for 3-4 guys, they just have to share the one bathroom/2 sink bathroom.

There is a stove but no oven. It also has a nice size balcony with a plunge pool.
