Unit requests for Royal Caribbean?

Do I need to call ISCO for unit requests? Anyone have a good number? I tried calling down to Cancun, but fear my request never made it into 'the system,' we have two units that we'd like to get near eachother, etc...

You might try it, since Wilma the Royals have not been always putting people in the originally assigned unit. There are resort maps at www.mexicondo.com

When I was there in April they called me during my first week to confirm I was staying on an exchange week and not one of my owned weeks or a rental week. This makes me believe calling into Cancun directly is the way to go. I did not get the week assigned by II but got the unit right next to my owned week. The move was so easy it was great.
