Royal Sands Rental - week 20
I'm needing info on reputable companies to rent week 20 at the Royal Sands. Anyone rented from timeshareonly.com?

for owner rentals. There is also the owners manual which I'll post a link for later (it's on the old computer) and another possibility is to keep an eye on II getaways/rental specials. I looked at Mexicondo and all they had this AM was one week 20 at the Sands that had already been rented, but the inventory keeps changing. You might also try redweek.
Like with a sale, you should perform due diligence before sending any money. Renting from a resale company provides an extra party and I would also be concerned about renting thru them.

I checked TUG's classifieds and they had one at the Haciendas and one at the Mayan, but no Sands.Comment

Thank you. Yes, it is for week 20 of 2007. I have been looking daily at those sites you have mentioned.
We were able to find an ocean view directly through an owner for my parents, but I am looking for a beach front villa for our family in phase 2. Since we are the groom's family - it's pretty important that we find a unit
and I really want beach front. We need to find something soon. What do you think are the chances of getting beach front in phase 2 of the Sands or should we "bite the bullet" and rent directly from the resort itself?

Chances for a rental at the Sands for week 20 are rather good, but when you require beachfront and phase 2, you divide your chances by about 10.Comment
