Help-Royal Haciendas Playa del Carmen

I am interesting in trying to get a week at Royal Haciendas sometime next year (2009) in January thru March. I am not currently a member of II. Should I join II in hopes of getting an exchange thru them or would I have better chances with another exchange company???
Any other suggestions on getting week???
Any/all help greatly appreciated.

Don't think so. The Royal Haciendas are part of the Royal Resorts chain.
Since the resort is relatively new, the most likely weeks one can expect to trade into would be developer weeks, which would be through II. You could ask SFX if they get any weeks there.

It's an II exchange. I looked with a 3BR float WM and saw nothing for his time period.

Tony is correct in that the Royal Haciendas is part of The Royal chain...

I knew they were listed in the II directory...I just didnt know
if any of the smaller exchange companies might also provide exchanges

I'll ask Angela to keep an eye of me...Maybe some Royal owners
might know someone who owns and rents there....
