Less controversial since Rosie left.
Third floor and should have a good pool view with a nice partial ocean view. Rather close to the beach and big pool, and not far away from the phase 2 pool either.

Thanks Tonyg. I knew you would have the answer. I looked at the map on mexicondo and it looked as if maybe there was an obstruction blocking the view to the ocean. If you say it's a good unit, I'm going with it. Thanks.

Linda, just a reminder - unless you are renting from the owner - there is no guarantee you will get the unit on your II confirmation any more.

The only obstruction would be the poolside palapa and the beachfront buildings and they wouldn't affect a third floor view-except the ones on the other side of the pool.
