  • GlenmoreSands trade power currently?

How would a peak red Glenmore Sands trade? Post Black Sunday, didn't I hear that trade power actually improved there? I've a friend who's selling a 2 br there for only $900, which could be an awesome deal. But I haven't heard anything specific about post-BS trade power at Glenmore. Any owners there who'd care to comment? TIA!

I own a 2 bedroom week 25 at Glenmore Sands. My post BS tradepower improved quite a bit. My levies were R2035 - Over $250 USD.

Would you say your trade power has been elevated to RCI tiger trade power status? Can you see all the big Sightings on TUG like Manhattan Club and the Key West Galleons that have popped up lately?

I can't say for sure. I paid my levies in Oct and by Jan had traded it for a Christmas Week 2 bedroom at Grand Pacific Palisides - Carlsberg. I think the MC's weren't being deposited at that point

None of my other post BS SA's could see any units of the GPP bulk space bank weeks, so it very well may have been able to see a MC space bank

Wanted to add...I don't think it is Tiger Trader status, but for a post BS SA, it seems to be making out better than some (especially for the price).

I actually picked up this resort as a B1G1 free deal years ago. GS was the freebie, and trades better than the one I paid for .

            Pulling better resorts

I think that my Red 2br Glenmore Sands has increased some in trading power since BS. I just pulled a Discovery Beach Resort for July 4th week 2007. I never was able to see that resort and some others before Black Sunday. I recently have been thinking about selling it but since I am now pulling better resorts, I am going to have to re think it.

              a white drop

I have a white GS and its trading power dropped considerably on BS. That said I think the VEP is pretty good overall at the resort because it still trades better than a red I have at another resort.
