  • Trouble contacting RCI SA

    I have been trying to deposit my unit into my RCI Account. I have tryed both Marli direct and "thespecialist"

    There has been no response from Marli and "the specialist@rci.co.za" comes back as invalid.

    In the past, my request has always been handled promptly.

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    Try this:

    thespecialists@rci.co.za

    It has always worked for me, and they seem to get my week banked before I have time check.

      I was leaving off the "s" in the address and have got my message through, but still haven't heard anything and week is not deposited.

      I guess I will contact the resort and see if I can get it deposited from that angle????
