I don't know what the levy is on this week but it is worth 37000 points(white silver crown 3 br SA) as PFD. that may or may not be a good deal for someone.

I believe I have a taker.
The resort will handle the transfer and it will cost only about $53 to do the transfer.
If the deal doesn't go through, I'll post back here.
