Contacting Durban Sands

I have been trying to email Durban Sands for information to give to my interested buyer and have yet to receive a reply. Since I have someone interesting in taking this off my hands I really do want to get him the info he is requesting from the rsort directkly...not just from me saying it is so.

Does anyone have a good email address for someone there who will answer his questions (levy amount, special assessment in the near future, cost of transfer etc).
