My Sudwala, still a poor trader. How about yours?

Well, so much for the RCI RID status and red week. After thinking just maybe the exchange power had gone up now that the resort is RID and my week has been miraculously transformed into a red week. I paid the 2008 levy and banked it with RCI.

I did a few searches with it for a couple of days and it was pathetic. So I unbanked it with RCI (RCI SA are so quick to deal with) and will now be banking the week with DAE. Thankfully I pulled the week quickly before it was grabbed by another member. Who knows, it could have happened.

Any other Sudwala owners out there with better trading power or is it much the same?

I found that our 2007 Lowveld Lodge trades okay. Our 2008 week trades much better , but our 2009 week, that we just banked, is a poorer trader than our 2007. Very strange!

I wonder if it is the Sudwala week that has no trade power or just RCI no longer providing available weeks to trade. We sold all our SA weeks (Mount Amanzi) but we had other weeks deposited with RCI that also pulled next to nothing. Due to RCI's policy in renting to non RCI members, we now prefer to use Trading Places International!

Sudwala was once one of the primo traders of the cheap SA group. At one time it was one of the few that could trade into the Royals available in RCI. Are you getting lousy trade opportunities or just few of them ?

I know the availability is there as can see them with another trader but my newly banked Sudwala couldn't see them. Now I only have one left since I pulled the SUdwala.

I agree that Sudwala's don't pull what they used to. It was fun while it lasted. Although I am able to "see" more with another week I own, the overall availability through RCI has gone downhill as well. It is a lot of work to find a good trade.

It's still OK for me. I can still pull a lot of Orlando great resorts.
