Silver and above 100% inventory access ?

On my recent owner update the sales rep mentioned that only Silver and abov premiere members get 100% access to inventory. This was the first time I had heard this. So basically everyone else get access to 50% of available unit inventory. Is this really true? I never seen this in writing and seemed like a sales tactic. Any perspective or legit answers?

I suspect their reference was to the availability of higher level Premier level(Silver, Gold, Platnium) to make early request for a specific week. From post, there are the higher levels Premier owners who have made requests for the cabins at Big Cedar and not gotten them for various reason. When you own points in BlueGreen you are deeded a specific week or partial week. That week(or partial week) you own is ALWAYS yours from 12 months to 11 months plus one day. At the 11 month point, it becomes part of the whole vacation club for use. If a premier member has a request on the 11 month point they should/may get the unit if it is not requested by the owner. However, if it does not match exactly the deeded week(suppose you made a Wed-Wed reservation) and the underlying deed is a Saturday to Saturday, then one may not get their premier reservation. So the sales person is almost right but not exactly. Surprise? Surprise????

Thanks for your reply ! This was pure inventory availability, not reservation window. Here is what what she said,

We are now currently bronze members and enjoy a 12 month reservation window and access to 50% of the inventory..... By going silver we would get -

An additional month is added to the reservation window ( which is true as you pointed out and the BG website clearly states this as a silver benefit) and she said we would additional get 100% access to th inventory (vs the "50% we have now)... Again I have no idea what she is talking about and do no ever recall seeing this in premiere benefits breakdown.

Anybody got any other ideas or thoughts?

Saying "reservation window" is very misleading. As your first responder stated, only the person who has that particular unit and week can reserve it before 11 months. All the rest of us have to wait for 11 months whether one owns 5,000 points of 50,000 points. The reference to bronze at 12 and silver at 13 refers to the "wait list" which allows one first stab at the inventory when the 11 month actual "reservation window" opens (of course since wait lists are done by real people, they have to do it a bit before the 11 month window opens). The 50% is pure bunk.
