Credit Pool

I deposited my 2011 points in the credit pool before the end of the year. Now I am seeing a reservation I might want. I'd hate to lose it but I'm not completely sure about it either.

My question is, if I make the reservation but later cancel it, do the points go back to the pool, or do they become regular cancelled points, expiring at the end of 2011?

When is the trip day?

If you make a trip and cancel it, it becomes cancel point. Used to be, it should end at 2011.

If the trip day is within 90 days, you can also move 2012's point for it, if that is the case, I will call VC to do it. Not sure when you cancel it, where will it returned to, used to be it should end at end of 2011.

But Wyndham seems has modified its system last year, and some small things does get changed. Although in both cases, I will assume they still will hold true.

If the 2011 is an concert, I will make sure it will not get canceled before I made any reservation
