Please get rid of the lag time between posts

Hey there, a favour. Can we do away with the 130 seconds between posts lag time?
For a social media guru, hahaha, here, like me, hehe, 130 seconds is a long time to wait to get another post going.
Very frustrating!!!!

I reset it to 30 seconds and will be watching for any ill effects. It seems that we do not have a strong handle on the forum programming. We still having completely solved the double post problem that affects some people.
